Trip to Georgia Looms Large

As I prepare to go to Valdosta, GA for a reunion with my dad's family, I am coming to the realization that my plans for a super relaxing and chilled visit to the sleepy southern Georgia town may be scrapped as forces around me appears to be attempting to turn my made-for-lazy vacation into a media blitz that I am not quite ready for right now.
